I made a reservation for certain equipment, and when I got there they didn’t have my full reservation and didn’t give me any compensation or a way to fix the situation. I was very upset because you make a reservation and expect what you reserved when you get there. Instead, for what I was renting, I had to buy and keep. That’s so much more expensive.
