Unfortunately, an office with such unprofessional staff does not reflect well on a company of this size and reputation. I had to wait for quite a long time just to find someone who would assist me. There was an employee outside the office who was busy working on his own personal vehicle. There was also someone in the repair area next door who was working on his own personal car. I believe the person's name was Juan. He was by himself at the shop and still found time to install my electrical hitch quickly, while juggling customers smoothly and with confidence. I had a mixup at another U-Haul regarding the trailer I was supposed to get and he helped me find one at another location after trying several locations. The installation was time sensitive and he was empathetic and took action to make it happen for me. He has to have been there for a while. He knows every aspect of his job well. The person cancelled the appointment after I showed up and blamed the system for letting me book one! I live an hour away and took a day off to do this. I will never use U-Haul again if no one cares about this
