I believe the person's name was Juan. He was by himself at the shop and still found time to install my electrical hitch quickly, while juggling customers smoothly and with confidence. I had a mixup at another U-Haul regarding the trailer I was supposed to get and he helped me find one at another location after trying several locations. The person cancelled the appointment after I showed up and blamed the system for letting me book one! I live an hour away and took a day off to do this. I will never use U-Haul again if no one cares about this

Zero things went right for the three attempts made to have a UHaul installed trailer hitch over three consecutive days. It was an epic and complete failure - three days in a row - to achieve any either objective: 1) have part on hand that was promised and paid for; 2) install that part.
