I'm very pleased with the service here. I got an appointment quickly, my car was worked on right away, and the hitch installation took exactly as long as I was told it would.
Installation was fast but the installer didn't secure the wires and the tow hitch wiring harness control box under the back bumper, the wires/box was loose/hanging and by the time the vibration and contact with other parts can cause a huge problem with them. Also, one of the reverse light connectors was unplugged and was hanging under the bumper. The tow hitch mechanical installation was satisfying.
Staff were very warm, welcoming and efficient!
The guys were friendly, quick and allowed me re-use a part from my other car, saving me money. The installation cost me $400 less than the price quoted by Honda
