I had a very frustrating experience where an install of a brake controller was performed by a U-haul in my home area but bc we were leaving the next morning we couldn’t get it fixed by the original shop. Take your business elsewhere, clearly they do not want it.
Clean and helpful. Maybe have a small waiting area for 1-2 people to wait while hitch is installed. Also, my installer was the only person working for about an hour and he had to stop 3 times to assist walk in customers. He was very good though!
