Clean and helpful. Maybe have a small waiting area for 1-2 people to wait while hitch is installed. Also, my installer was the only person working for about an hour and he had to stop 3 times to assist walk in customers. He was very good though!

UHaul has made great strides to provide great service and the tools for easy moving/storage. The new storage location in Holland is awesome. Climate controlled and secure, the only downside is the pricing. I'd quite honestly say that the price is rather high; this isn't just an issue with Uhaul but the pricing for storage in Holland is too high, period. The crew there does a great job. The trucks are very well maintained.
