Made arrangement to leave car all day. It was not done. Poor communication within Uhaul, they did not have hitch. No help from installer to rectify or solve Uhaul's mistake. I was told to call myself and figure out why Uhaul did not supply hitch to local installer.

The installation person was great as was everyone else there. The wrong bolts came with the hitch though, and we had to reschedule 2 weeks later because they were booked out. So it will be almost a full month waiting for the installation from the order date, which really sucks.
Speed efficiency
Everyone was friendly from drop off to pick up. The hitch pro did a great job on the install! I got my car back faster than I expected. I will return to this location for anything hauling related.
