Very nice employees. Knowledgeable installation Tech. Smooth and clean install.
Handled well. Professional. Cost was a bit higher than expected and I wish I would have understood how low the hitch would actually be when trailer was attached. I ended up flipping the ball/tongue upside down which require removing the ball etc.
the actual installation was fine, however we had our appointment was set for 9am, so my Wife drive our vehicle to the Uhaul location at 9am, only to find out that they couldn't actually get us until 3pm, so she had to drive home, then we had to drive back at 3pm for the install.
