Staff is excellent!
Absolutely done with uhaul. Ordered a hitch online, no where did it give an option for the hybrid version, ordered it anyway. They not only sent the wrong wiring harness but also the wrong hitch in the wrong package. Not to mention the instal date was moved because they were “ to swamped” to get to it. I’d give less stars if there was an option. Highly dissatisfied with uhaul.
