I went to a location on Lancaster in Ft. Worth to have hitch installed. They recommended I go to another location in Arlington. this was on a Saturday afternoon. I called the Arlington location Monday morning and schedule a time for Thursday as they had to have the hitch sent from another location in Denton. I tried calling all day Wednesday to make sure hitch showed up before taking my vehicle for a 0700 appointment the next day. I could not get through to anyone at the Arlington location.
