Friendly staff and easy appointment. I will say that UHaul's on-line voice mail system is not the greatest. Press the number you want to contact and it was taking me back to the main menu. Not sure if that is just a glitch or the way it is supposed to be. I had to hit the number 3 to 4 times for it to connect.

Nothing. I never got it installed. I work a minimum of 50 hours a week, so my days off are the only times I can do anything. I scheduled an appointment for the hitch install weeks in advance. I arrived 15 minutes early for it only to be told my appointment had been canceled and rescheduled for three days prior. I received no notice about it, although notes in the system said they called and couldn’t leave a voicemail because my mailbox was full…so they gave up trying to notify me.
