The technician, Larcell, was absolutely amazing. He was able to install my hitch when no one else could. Plus he provided additional information about how to care for the truck while towing. He definitely was a wealth of knowledge and I am glad he helped me out. Bill also assisted me with finding the proper towing equipment that assisted me with my moving needs. Overall, this has been a great experience.
Prompt installation. Hitch looks sturdy and functional.
Happy with our technician who made the installation. We weren’t expecting for the screws/plate that came with the kit not to match with my car but the gentleman explained the situation and helped us complete the installation. It took a little longer than expected but everything was taken care of. Much appreciated! Courteous staff, attentive and patient to answer our questions. Thank you so much!
Everything went smoothly once the correct hitch arrived at the facility. Everyone was curious and smiling the entire time was there. Thanks.
