It was painless. I showed up, handed over my keys without having to complete any additional paperwork, was acknowledged when I went into the shop. The person who took my keys checked if I want to stay or comeback. I chose to comeback. I got a text message when the installation was complete. I went back into the shop, was again acknowledged even as the person was addressing someone else's transaction. The payment was simple. I received my keys without any additional paperwork and walked out the door.

Matas! The young man at the counter was phenomenal! I cannot say enough about how he handled every customer face-to-face as well as on the phone. Polite, professional, and patient, and NEVER looked at his phone once! He is an asset!
