The technician was efficient, told me exactly what he was going to do, and did an excellent job.
The technician talked to me about how it would be installed, set a proper expectation when it would be done and the process was very simple. I would use this Uhaul again.
Easy process w. scheduling and installation. Solomon was professional, polite, and very pleasant to work with! He even shook my hand upon meeting me. This was a simple yet nice gesture that sadly is not done often anymore.
