Normally I don't write a review for this type of business but I think this is worth sharing. I've been in a physical rehabilitation facility and I fell behind. I called and explained my situation and they worked with me to prevent my stuff from an episode or "storage wars." They were understanding based on my level of communication and I appreciate it.
The installer reviewed what might need to be done at the vehicle, with me, prior to working on it. Also covered +/- of different ways to handle the wiring.
The hitch for my vehicle drops down toward the ground a bit. The installer got creative with where he fastened the light junction box so it wouldn't risk being broken off if I ever bottomed out. I like that he came up with a great solution for the problem, and that he asked me to approve it before he did it. ALSO - the installer noticed that I was missing 2 push pins that hold my tail light in place. He found 2 more that fit perfectly and fixed the issue.
