Staffs are nice and friendly and helpful
Called to ask if a trailer hitch could be installed on my SUV, what the smallest Uhaul size is and nearest location would be. The representative I spoke to would not proceed without a phone number. Glad I didn't give my number. You won't be getting my business either.
Great service for my hitch installation. The two gentlemen that helped me out were fantastic and helpful. It is quite busy weekend mornings so you will have to wait a while to be serviced. U-Haul please hire more ppl to help the existing staff!

They were friendly, and never tryed to over sell me. There were some stuff that were added to the on line order. But when I got there they said I did not need it the wireing was already connected.
