Had a hitch installed a month or two ago. The hitch installed is supposed to have been the authorized type/fit for my vehicle but the receiver was way too low. They honored the satisfaction guarantee, removed the hitch and issued a full refund. This was way more than I had anticipated. I'm fully satisfied with the overall experience - good, honest, people at this location!
