Nothing, I waited an hour for your employees to show up to work to install and no one showed so he took the labor off and I took hitch with me and installed myself.. sad !
Installed my hitch, but two days later when I opened my rear trunk I noticed a large plastic molding piece wrapped up in a plastic bag. I looked underneath my vehicle and the molding was missing? The molding could've been placed back on, OR they could've told me they removed the piece! Neither one of these happened.
