Customer Service from Lisa at this location was less than satisfactory. She was nice but unhelpful. They had 3 Ford trucks there and gave us a Chevy Express truck, which has a higher load ramp. Said one of the Ford trucks was down and another one was reserved. They didn’t say anything about the third one, so no idea what the problem there was. Just didn’t want to take the 5 minutes to accommodate a customer request, I presume, since we also reserved a truck. Van had water in the cargo area as well.
