made the appointment, it was done on-time and a great job by Adrien. Awesome experience.
My hitch install was booked for 7:30am at Abbington, MA. When I arrived I was told the installer was not schedule to come in until 9am. I made it clear when I booked the appointment that I would be waiting for the installation and not just dropping off. Poor coordination between the booking agent and the branch

Got there Mechanic said he is finishing another hitch but would be right with me After 45 minutes I asked for an update The attendant said 15 more minutes before my hitch installation Waist of my time I left This Abington MA location is completely disorganized I didn’t make this google review on my own U-HAUL sent me an email to comment on the service.
