Had an 8 am appointment. Got there Mechanic said he is finishing another hitch but would be right with me After 45 minutes I asked for an update The attendant said 15 more minutes before my hitch installation Waist of my time I left This Abington MA location is completely disorganized I didn’t make this google review on my own U-HAUL sent me an email to comment on the service.
Went to U Haul Abington to have a trailer hitch installed on my mini Cooper. I was quoted a price of $350 for the hitch and installation on June 1. I made the appointment and it was pushed up to June 12. I called the night before June 12 and was told the hitch is arrived and ready for installation the next morning at 7 AM, I show up the next morning at 7 AM and the hitch was not there had to reschedule and they had to re-order another hitch.
