I made an appointment online for 3:00 on my day off because I have 3 small kids and scheduling during the week is challenging. When I arrived for my appointment, the guy at the counter said my appointment was at 7:45 a.m. and the installer had left. I had the 3:00 confirmation in my hand and he said there was nothing to be done. I rescheduled, and it’s extremely frustrating.

We had an appointment to get a tow hitch fitted and dropped the car at our appointment time. We were told that the wait time would be 3.5 hours and someone would call us to let us know the car was ready for pickup. I called the office after 4.5 hours and there was no reply so I went back to the location to see what the problem was. I had a 7 am appointment and I arrived on time just to be informed that the installers did not start until 830 am. I took time off work to get this done early and had to wait all morning for the wiring only. There was a complete disregard for my time and for the commitment of the scheduled time online. I bought my own wiring harness and was then informed that it would cost me twice for the installation if I didn’t utilize their parts.
