We had a hitch installed then a few weeks later had a 4 flat electric connection attached for pulling our camper. Quick service. The staff was very polite and sociable. They got the jobs done in the time promised. Looks and works great.
They never called me back to verify that my parts were in and I never got my appointment confirmed. No hitch was installed.
I was able to buy and schedule it online was the only benefit. I had to go back and get my heat shields for the car after inspection, and also saw they used a single split lock washer to secure it to my car. It barely covered the opening for the hitch. I had to go to a third party to get it all fixed and spent another $200 in the process.
A bent hitch was sent to my U-Haul location and they were unable to install it.
