After the installation my car smell bad with the fumes coming from my exhaust. They told me it got on my exhaust when they spray the rust off on my bolt by the exhaust. Also my front number got damage. The license plate had a big bent (looks like a hitch ball hit it) I called the U-Haul and the U-Haul employee said he have to call me back and it’s been 3-4 days now. Still no call back.
I had a terrible experience trying to get a hitch at another location, John got pulled into the issue by mistake but he immediately took responsibility and got everything sorted out. Libby and Tabatha (sorry if I got their names wrong) helped me get a significant credit to do right by me. John was prompt, called me the night before my appointment, gave me some instructions, was punctual and kept me posted on the progress of the hitch installation. Can’t recommend him enuf!
