Paid $97 Sprint delivery on my parts and they was a week late I had to rent a truck this weekend I needed it and then late for work when I had to go get my hitch put on that was prepaid for today I ordered
It took over a month to get my hitch installed. They “lost” my order twice. Drove 20 miles one way to my appointment to find out the installer called in sick. No text or email to let me know. Then when I finally got the hitch installed I still had to order one part from Amazon because they gave my part to a previous customer. I will never deal with U-Haul again. Only one star because zero wasn’t an option
We brought our vehicle in for a hitch installation. The electrical system was working properly on the way up and immediately after the installation, all of the warning lights lit up and the air conditioning quit working. The assistant manager I spoke to would not take responsibility for the problem and said we would have to take it somewhere else to be fixed. I don't expect U-Haul to be able to repair the electrical system, but I do expect their insurance to cover the cost of the repair. I just spoke to the Honda dealership ... read more
They accommodated us with an appointment quickly. But then took 4 days to install it.
No fuss. The shop did the installation without problems. Easy to set up an appointmant.
