Nothing, it didn't happen. The site did not have an installer and never contacted me about it. They were terrible about answering the phone and calling me back. Eventually an installer from another site got ahold of me and told me neither site even had the part, despite me ordering it a full month ahead of time. Fortunately I didn't need it this weekend. Hopefully it will get done in the next couple weeks. They're supposed to call when they have the part. I'm not holding my breath.
