I had an excellent experience at U-Haul in Woodlawn. All employees I interacted with were professional and friendly. My wait time was shorter than expected for the service I had done, which was unexpected & great. Will happily return anytime I need their services
My appointment had to be rescheduled twice, the last reschedule happened when I arrived for the install, I had to go home and come back the next day. I had to drive to the U-Haul location twice b/c of the reschedule. I did not receive a confirmation of the first reschedule, the person at the store saved the paperwork for the next day and had me change the date. I was not notified about when the job was done, I had to call. I could have picked up the car hours earlier. The person behind the counter did not appear to care much... read more
