Had a trailer hitch installed on my Forester. They did a fantastic job. As far as price they beat everybody else I checked with in Erie county and cattaraugus county. I highly recommend them did quality work and at a very fair price
Schedule 7am wiring and hitch install appointment. Informed the installer the wiring harness from lift company was on front seat. Takes truck inside, about 15-20 min later he comes out and says we're doing the wiring too? I answered yes, just told you and where to locate the wiring. Oh okay! I asked problem? His reply no ma'am not yet. Guess I should have taken my truck then. Comes back out 10 mins later explaining how he can't complete the hitch as he broke a bolt off while trying to remove the back part of muffler. So inst... read more
