I’m writing into compliment the service manager of the West Babylon, New York U-Haul Shelest The original hitch didn’t fit quite right on my 2024 Ram She made sure to get it corrected in a timely manner. She was pleasant and confident and always had a smile, even when things didn’t work out easily She will be in a positive asset to U-Haul and I will be sure to recommend this facility in the future
I arrived at 9 am for a hitch installation appointment. The gentlemen who I believe is the owner or GM informed me that the system had overbooked, and it might take some time. I appreciated the upfront communication and realistic expectation. He assured me he would do everything he could to complete the job. Then he over delivered by completing it before the expected time.
