I haven't been able to have my hitch installed. Closest location didn't have the hitch I wanted in stock, so I had to order with the installation scheduled for over a week out. Tried to drop off the car this Monday at 8am as scheduled -- was told they didn't know if the hitch that was ordered had come in and that I'd have to have the manager call me back at noon.
