The hitch purchase & installation service was planned several weeks ahead of time when I visited this U-HAUL location on Wade Hampton Rd, Greenville, SC. At that time, counter sales person looked up everything for my new vehicle and gave me the estimate for service. On the day of installation the Hitch service tech was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and got the installation work done in a very timely manner.
