Nothing. I was not informed that there were parts missing and that the installation was not possible. I drove almost an hour and have no hitch. This was a very disappointing experience. I had to talk to four different U-haul employees, give my reservation number again and again while driving back just to be handed to the next person who asked me the same things again.
