Quick install - done in a little over an hour. Unfortunately, the hitch was damaged. When I questioned it, the tech who did the install (Michael T.) said the hitch came like that and he did not damage it. He said the units comes with a rubber protector around the hitch that he doesn’t remove until after install. Also, the hitch it well protected during shipping because the hitch is additionally covered in bubble wrap and cardboard during shipping. He said it must have come like that from the manufacturer. It was very quick and timely. The installer told me he originally would take three hours but then told me he could get it done in under an hour and a half and he did just that. I’d recommend this location and service for anyone needing a hitch installed any day. Thanks again and Happy New Year.
