This was an excellent experience! I got exactly what I wanted (2” hitch) in an incredibly short amount of time…and at a great price!!
Didnt happen. Manager didnt have an installer at 7am when i had my appointment. Then said 9am appointments would take priority when his installer came in at 9.
Very professional installer, answered all questions.
The customer service rep was great when I needed to reschedule. The service at the site was terrible. Installer was over 1 hour late arriving to work!
