Nothing. The young folks there couldn't install the hitch. I had to find another UHaul place 40 minutes away across the river to do it in Kingston. I should be compensated for my time and mileage. Extremely poor customer service in Poughkeepsie. I don't even know if they attempted to do the job.
Our associate amir took us right in to do the installation.eas done in 30 minutes.
Best price in area and quick installation!
Went really well until I discovered they used electrical tape to fix a broken rivet.
The customer service and the installer were exceptional.
