Nicole always has excellent customer service and they always have trailers available when we need one.
I like this business because it always has what I need available, it's convenient, the service is professional and courteous, and the mileage may be a little higher than the last time I rented a truck, but it's affordable in my budget.
The whole customer care for me. I called, described the hitch I needed. The rep found the exact part, ordered it and scheduled my installation. I was kept informed on the delivery and reminded about the scheduled install. I had to make a change to the install time and it was no problem. When I walked in to the store, they were ready for me. Terrific!
