It was a seamless experience.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had an appointment to have a hitch installed 2 weeks prior on my Jeep Renegade. I was redirected to another U-haul 2 more times because the mechanics aren't knowledgeable to do the work. Was also given different prices at 3 locations. If U-haul advertises hitch installs they should maybe hire knowledgeable mechanics that can do the work. And also give the proper estimate. A month later I still couldn't find a reputable U-haul that can install a hitch
professional service.
