I rented from this location about half a dozen times this past month. I was always greeted and left without any conflict. I just brought back the truck rental for the day and the general manager, Alisha, said straight to my face that I was stealing fuel from her company. She pointed out that I was recording less fuel to start than what there actually was. Very professional and installed the trailer hitch in about an hour. Very friendly and we will use them again.
There’s nothing I can think of about improving my experience with the service at U-Haul San Clemente on Pico. Mike, Cindy, Alisha, and the entire San Clemente team have been very accommodating, responsive, courteous, and overall a pleasure to work with. High ratings all around and will definitely recommend.
