Terrible experience. I drove all the way to Salem, and they told me they were not sure if they could install the hitch but would have to charge me despite. I took the day off from work and lost wages. Big waste of time.
We did not have a positive experience. We cancelled the installation moments after checking in because of a poor experience with the sales clerk.
Pleasant people, job looks correct and worked first time out, in and out in 90 minutes
