Nothing it was scheduled then i was called about 1/2 before i was to have it there and they canceled the appointment! needless to say i was very disappointed. i was to pick my boat up on Sunday but had to delay because of this cancellation!!!
They take too long and then give you the keys and you have to go hunting for the vehicle in a big parking lot!!!
Kenney was the best hitch installer I’ve ever experienced. He did top quality work and was extremely courteous at all times.
Was done quickly at appointed time.
All was done, what they said they were going to. They were on time and seemed they were interested in my vehicle!
