Will not be using them again. My hitch was a day late. Fine. Move me to the next morning. Took them well over 5 hours to install the hitch on my car when I was told it would take 3. I was told 1230. Then 130. I got there at 2 and my car still wasnt available to pick up. Was finally able to hit the road at 215. Yikes.
Hitch was installed quickly and everything went very well! I highly recommend this U haul establishment!!
I'm not a big online reviewer but the service at this U-Haul location for a trailer hitch receiver install was so excellent from start to finish that I had to give some kudos. It was easy to book the appointment online and select exactly the right options I wanted. I arrived and the techs started the install immediately.
