Team said to bring in m truck to fix my hitch. Didn't hear from them, took me 5 calls to try to get the store to answer. Then they said they couldn't fix it, it's some special hitch...uhaul installed it. Do not go to this location.
I needed a hitch at the last minute and there were only a few options available locally. I appreciate that the work was done well and promptly. There was only one person running the U-Haul store and installing equipment. It was far cheaper than getting a hitch from a car dealer.
