I had a hitch installed on my new Jeep Wrangler. The pre-service communication was excellent. The actual installation was fast and done extremely well. The technician (Denisha) was friendly, explained the entire process, was very careful with my Jeep, and overall she did an excellent job.
I paid in full weeks ago and still have not had it installed. I was told after making the appt that parts were not in. I have asked for updates multiple times and I’m just told I have to wait. I will not be using UHaul in the future and if the part doesn’t come in this week, I will be asking for a full refund. You shouldn’t book appts if you don’t have the parts available.
