Overall, very pleased with the hitch install. However, I did request to have the wiring routed to the hitch in a hidden, clean fashion, instead of just leaving it coiled in the trunk. There are videos of how to do this for my exact year, make and model vehicle on U-Haul's own YouTube channel. However, they did not do this. It's a minor gripe, but I do wish they had taken the extra time.
The technician was knowledgeable, kind respectful, and explained everything well. He finished in a timely manner and was very nice
