I had a tow hitch installed on my Jeep. Excellent service. Mark was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Easy appointment scheduling. Actual cost was less than the estimate. I could not be more satisfied. I highly recommend this place, and especially Mark.
The general manager lacked professionalism and seemed indifferent and unfriendly, never saying a word. Some back story: A couple weeks prior to this appointment I had scheduled an installation online and took an appointment where I was told the parts would be available. I showed up a week and a half later at the appointment only to be told the part was not in and the installer wasn't even working that day. Everything went smoothly. The installation was timely and the price was great. In addition, all the employees with whom I interacted were pleasant and professional.
The hitch was professionally and neatly installed.
Supervisor Mark completed the work even though a stream of customers and etc. tried hard to prevent it!! Friendly service and price was 1/3 of dealer quote. Took over two hours to complete, but I was there the whole time and could see technician was working as fast as possible under the workload. Good job
