Meh, it's Uhaul. It seems there's never the truck or trailer in the size you want. I reserved a cargo trailer in 9x12. I received a call the day before that there wasn't one in stock at the location I wanted. I didn't want to go 30 minutes to pick one up from another location (I'll add that I live in a large city with multiple Uhaul locations). When I arrived to pick up my smaller trailer there were a least 4 of the 9x12 trailers on the lot. The rental defaults to a 48 hour rental. There should be an option for people who do... read more

Edit: Re-posting because my Google review is now attached to a location that doesn't actually exist. This event happened in 2024, but it's still the same place that scammed me; Uhaul on Bus Loop. Rented a passenger van, which was brand new, so that was nice. I estimated that I would drive 17 total miles and was pre-charged $47.28. I ended up driving a total of 36.8 miles and expected to be charged $0.63 for each additional mile, and that was IT, as I cleaned the van out and filled the gas up to almost 5/8 of a tank, as instr... read more

Had an appointment set to install a hitch. Somehow they don’t have me on file for appointment just the quote. I had planned to go buy a vintage camper a couple days later, now I’m scrambling. Don’t schedule an appointment with them if time is of the essence.
