I had scheduled to have a hitch installed at the High Point U-haul about 3 weeks prior to the date of installation. It was the first available according to the website and I paid up front. When I arrived at the store, the manager told me that they stopped doing hitch installations at least 3 months prior and could not figure out how I got scheduled.
