The installation looks great. My car looks fine, no dings, or knicks are visible. My car is brand new 2024. I mounted my bike rack and hauled it to the bike trail yesterday. Everything was fantastic. However, I dropped my car at 7am because my appointment was 7am. The worker(s) didn’t start my installation until around 1pm. The service times and work times should be matching. Very poor customer service and communication.
Did not help me and the workers did not care. Terrible service.
