Veronica and David helped us on our long and stressful move to Massachusetts, explained to us any questions, and made sure we had what we need. Thanks so much! Really appreciate all of their help and fully recommend this location.
Absolutely worst uhaul location ever doesn't even deserve 1 star. Save yourself the hassle and go to ANY other location. The people at this location need to be retrained in customer service!! Worst attitudes I've ever seen and worst process to get a rental. I've been to at least 6 other locations. I rent a uhaul at least 2 times every single month and I would NEVER come back to this one. I rather drive a hour to any another location than come back to this one!
Brandon and Dakota are excellent! They worked as a team to help me find the correct hitch. We had a special situation in which the Toyota manufacturer could not help us or other Uhauls with our hitch issue. These guys were fantastic with customer service. Brandon exceeded expectations. He is knowledgeable!! We will be back for our next route truck that needs a hitch!
