Easy to use again and again.
We've had good experiences with previous hitch installs at U-Haul, but our latest install (June 2024) resulted in major issues. The tech that installed the wiring messed up where it ran to the battery. Unfortunately, we had no idea this happened when our van started having issues in the month after installation. A week after the installation the van started having issues with the primary and backup battery, which affected the start/stop system, the heating/cooling, and the infotainment dash.
