Precious handed the schedule, informed me of a change and got me in right away. The installation was amazingly professional. Floor mat, seat covers and even steering wheel cover to keep car pristine! (new car) The hitch looks awesome!
I didn't and canceled the install Precious was great to work with. Ut that's the only positive thing I can say. The installation order was not even sent to the install center until day before and there was no installers to do the hitch until after 1230 and we had scheduled 10 days in advance for a 7 am appointment. We paid more to have it done by a professional hitch company at the time we needed so we could continue with our schedule
