Kimbery Hackman was the General Manager on duty and the employee who installed the U-Haul hutch on our new Chrysler Pacfica! She was calm, patient and very knowledgeable - I have rented from U-Haul from all of the U.S. many, many times and have never encountered such a professional as Ms. Hackman!! She is a tremendous asset for U-Haul!
Very disappointed concerning the potential purchase and installation of trailer hitch for my vehicle. The hitch did not arrive as scheduled and I was not notified ahead of my schedule appointment. I arrived as scheduled expecting to have the hitch installed and was then informed the work could not be performed.
