Came here for a hitch installation. Customer service was very friendly, and the hitch itself appears to be installed well. The wiring however was not. The wiring harness for my vehicle sits behind the driver’s side rear quarter panel interior plastic trim section. If you pull back or remove that interior panel, there is an opening in they floor of the vehicle where you are supposed to install a rubber grommet and run the wiring down underneath the vehicle to the hitch. Great service from start to finish Richard took care of us installing our trailer hitch on a 2023 Toyota sienna They were able to accurately tell us it would take about 2 1/2 hours which it did and we were able to go grab something and come back and they hooked it up now we can hook up our bike rack and on adventure
